    Apply a small amount to clean, dry or wet underarms. 2 to 3 swipes are enough. You don’t need to over-apply, make sure the deodorant dries before wearing it to avoid stains on clothes. You can rub the deodorants onto your armpit so it dries and blends better.
    How often should I apply it?

    Once daily is usually enough and feedback had us conclude no need to reapply after workouts.
